"I wasn’t sure if I’d notice..."
I wasn’t sure if I’d notice any difference, and I kind of expected it to be another thing that didn’t do much. But after using it, I started seeing results quickly. Maybe it depends on the person, but for me, it really did seem to work.

It showed up way quicker than I expected. i appreciate when a company follows through and doesn’t keep people waiting around, just feels like the right way to treat customers.

"Good stuff, but the restocks are annoying"
I like the products when I can actually get my hands on them, but man, the out-of-stock situation is kind of a pain in the butt. A bunch of stuff I wanted was gone, and the restock updates take forever, which is lame. It’s not a bad shop at all, but they really need to get the availability sorted out

"Mostly right, just one little mix-up"
Order showed up and it was pretty much fine. Most of the items were correct. I was checking everything off and then noticed one shade was wrong. Not a huge deal, honestly. A little annoying, but the rest was right, so I’m not too upset about it.

"Nice spot for clean beauty finds"
I was kind of in a rush when I checked out The Organic Bunny, but I liked that they seem selective about the clean beauty brands and ingredients they carry. I ended up finding a few products that I actually use all the time now. Some of the prices are a little higher than I’d like, which is why I’d give it 4 stars.

"Packaging was good"
My order showed up in a neat box, and overall the packaging looked good. There was just a small dent on it, but nothing that really bothered me or affected what was inside.

"Not a lot to choose from"
I really wanted to like this shop, but the selection just felt limited for what I was looking for. A few categories only had a couple of options, and some of the items I clicked on were out of stock. Anyway... maybe it’s better if you already know exactly what you want, but I didn’t find much to browse through. Kind of disappointing.

"Easy return, which was a relief"
I had to return one item and was a little nervous at first because I always worry about return policies and refunds taking forever. But this was actually really straightforward. The instructions were clear, I sent it back without any issues, and the refund showed up quicker than I expected. No hassle at all, so I’d feel comfortable ordering again...

"Helpful customer service"
I had a quick question about my order and their support team got back to me quickly. They were friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole thing feel simple instead of frustrating. It wasn’t some huge issue, but I appreciated how smoothly they handled it. Based on that experience, I’d be comfortable shopping here again

"Not a bad deal for what I usually buy"
I can’t say the prices ain’t ever higher than other places, but the quality usually makes it feel worth it to me. I like that they’ve got cleaner options, and the sales really do help. Shipping could definitely be a little cheaper though.

"Makes it easy to find cleaner products"
I’ve really liked using this site to check cleaner ingredients. It feels like they’re selective about safer options and don’t just list a bunch of products with questionable chemicals. The whole process makes shopping a lot easier and less overwhelming for me. I took off one star because I do wish some of the product pages had more detailed ingredient info, but overall it’s been really helpful.

"Easy enough, though checkout felt a little slow"
I found what I needed quickly, so the site itself was easy to use. Checkout went through fine, but it did take a bit longer than I expected, which made me wonder if they were holding me there to push extras or double-check the order. Nothing too annoying though, overall it was a decent experience
